Delete your AudioLaunch account.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open AudioLaunch on your device or go to audio-launch.com/account in any browser.
2. Sign in.
3. Scroll to Danger Zone.
4. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Your account is locked immediately. Full data removal completes within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app or web account, email us:

Send from the email address linked to your account. Include the subject line Account deletion request. We confirm within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Account record (email, display name, profile, settings)
• Published recordings and uploaded content
• Progression data (XP, achievements, missions, pillar scores, credits)
• Device + usage analytics tied to your account
• Push-notification tokens

What we keep (and why)

• Payment records (Founder Edition / Pro subscriptions) — kept 7 years under Dutch tax law (Algemene wet inzake rijksbelastingen). Personal data is minimised; only the transaction record remains.
• Anonymised aggregate analytics — never tied back to you.
• Content licensed to others — if you published a track and another user remixed it under the platform licence, the remix may remain; your authorship attribution is removed.
